This website is owned and operated by OXSIONART. For privacy questions and personal-information requests, please use the contact form in Contacts.
OXSIONART brings together the OXSIONSOFT, OXSIONBUILD and OXSIONDESIGN directions. This notice explains how information is handled on this website and when you contact us. It does not replace the privacy notices of linked websites, software, stores or other services.
1. Website visits
You can browse this website without creating an account. Our web host receives technical request information, which can include your IP address, the requested resource, request time, browser information and response status. This is used to deliver the website, maintain its operation and help prevent misuse.
The website has no advertising trackers. Optional analytics run only with your permission and are subject to the controls described in Cookies and optional analytics. Its core features and locally served artwork work without optional analytics.
2. Contact enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and message. We use these details to answer your question, discuss a possible project and manage related correspondence. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need enough information to reply.
The contact form sends your message through our hosting provider, Beget, to our support mailbox hosted by Google Gmail. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or unrelated sensitive files. The form does not accept attachments.
3. Abuse prevention and service providers
To limit repeated submissions, the form keeps counters containing a hashed network identifier and request timestamps in private temporary storage on the server. These counters do not contain your message text. Only events from the most recent hour are considered for rate limiting; older entries are removed when the counter is next processed. This does not require browser cookies.
Hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Their infrastructure may process or store information in different countries, depending on the service configuration. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to investigate misuse and protect the service. We do not sell contact enquiries for advertising.
4. Retention and protection
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, related project or support discussions, resolve a dispute or meet applicable legal obligations. When deciding whether to retain it, we consider whether the discussion is still active and whether the information is still needed for those purposes. Exact technical-log retention depends on the hosting configuration.
Access to correspondence is limited to handling the enquiry and operating the relevant services. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Other OXSION websites and services
OXSIONSOFT, OXSIONBUILD and OXSIONDESIGN have their own website and product notices. Software downloads, Unity Asset Store transactions, AI services and design project agreements may involve different information practices. Read the notice supplied with the particular website, product or service you choose.
6. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to send an enquiry. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or restriction of or objection to certain processing. You may also be entitled to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Send questions or requests through the contact form in Contacts, with enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or address a dispute.
7. Updates and contact
We will update this notice when the website or its information practices change and revise the date above. Contact us through the contact form in Contacts. For website-use rules, see our Terms.
