This website is owned and operated by OXSIONART. For questions about these terms, please use the contact form in Contacts.
These terms apply to the OXSIONART website, which introduces the OXSION family and links to its software, Unity assets and visual design services. The Privacy Policy explains how website enquiries and technical information are handled.
1. Using the website
You may browse the website and use its published information for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or spam, or misrepresent your relationship with OXSIONART.
Descriptions introduce the work of the OXSION directions. They are not a promise that every listed feature or service is included in a particular product or project. Details and availability may change.
2. Content and intellectual property
Website text, logos, designs and artwork belong to OXSIONART or their respective rights holders. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to redistribute protected material, software or assets.
Do not copy, sell, repackage or present protected website content as your own without permission or another lawful basis. Nothing in these terms restricts uses or rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
3. Linked websites, products and purchases
The OXSIONSOFT, OXSIONBUILD and OXSIONDESIGN websites describe their respective products and services. Software licences, app-store rules, Unity Asset Store licences and any separate project agreement govern the relevant download, purchase or engagement. These website terms do not replace them.
OXSIONART does not operate a checkout on this website. Prices, refunds, delivery, support and licensing should be checked with the relevant product listing, platform or written agreement. Links to external services do not mean those services endorse OXSIONART.
4. Enquiries and project discussions
Use the contact form to ask questions or discuss a possible project. Send accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. Please do not include passwords, access tokens or unrelated sensitive information.
Sending an enquiry does not create a paid service agreement, reserve availability or grant rights to a product. Scope, pricing, deadlines, deliverables, confidentiality and ownership for commissioned work must be agreed separately before the work is undertaken.
5. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information, links and availability may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, freedom from every error or suitability for a particular purpose.
Review current product information and any agreed project terms before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, OXSIONART is not responsible for loss caused by misuse of the website, unauthorised modifications or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Changes and questions
Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or agreement required by applicable law. For questions about these terms or permission to use website material, use the contact form in Contacts.
